Hola!

OMG! Today was soo freaky! Did anyone else think it was? Ok, well first of all, we have had several racial threats at our school the past several weeks and there have been alot of weird things happening. Police officers and FBI agents have been here like the whole month, and yesterday, someone found a bomb threat written in one of the bathrooms at school. It was scheduled for today, so they brought in the big boys and searched the building with bomb-sniffing dogs and such. There were what seemed like thousands of FBI and police officers there, and they were searching through everyone's bags and stuff! It was crazy! This is such crap. I hate all of this. It is getting way out of hand, now. I just wish it would stop. Well, I had church group tonight! Awesome times! I love band! You all rock my socks COMPLETELY OFF! I am not really in that good of a mood, seeing as what happened today. Maybe tomorrow, but till then, goodnight, and don't let the bedbugs bite! Ti ta toodles!

Hey guys!

I am really happy right now! Yesterday, the band went to Putnam City Marching contest. We marched really early in the afternoon, which is not good. In marching competitions, the later you are scheduled to play, the more favored you are to rank high. Well anyways, we performed and I thought we did a really great job. And we did! Santa Fe and Memorial bands were there, too. After the preleminary competition, they announced the winners of the pre-lem competitions and also the finalists. We won the best colorguard award, but that wasn't the coolest part. We also won 2nd place in the Pre-lems! Everyone was soo excited because North had never done this good at the contest we were at! We had a second place trophy, and Santa Fe got 3rd place. Memorial didn't even get an award. So we were all excited about that! Everyone in the band was hugging and everything. It was great! We became a family last night. We made finals, obviously, and so did Santa Fe and Memorial. Then, right after dinner, we found out our time slot for the evening's performance--9:30! We were the second to the last band to perform for finals! That is VERY good! So we marched again, and then they announced the awards. Memorial got 5th, Santa Fe got 4th, and Edmond North---2nd!!!! In the whole competition! People were crying and hugging each other! It was amazing. I never will forget that day. Okay, I am being a little dramatic, but I am just soo happy! We beat Memorial AND Santa Fe! Haleighlujah! Hehe, I probably spelled that wrong! LOL! Well, that has been my weekend so far. I still have a ton of homework to do cause I had no time on Saturday. Oh, and North won the game on Friday night against Sapulpa! Yay! Gotz to go! Ti ta toodles!

Hola Chicitos!!!

OMG! I have not updated in such a long time! Sorry to leave you hangin'. LOL. Well, let's see. I have a raised my math grade up one point since I talked to you all last. I love band soo much. It rocks my socks off. I love everyone. OK, seriously. There is this one girl in my biology class that really freaks me out. Like, I was her lab partner and she seemed cool and everything. Then, one day she asked me what I thought about same gender relationships. I said I was totally against it, and she said in a sarcastic voice, "Well, you sure made me feel alot better!" Like that. OMG! It totally freaked me out! I think, no, I KNOW she is a lesbo. No question about it. One of my friends said she was totally hitting on me! Eeewww! Grosss! Anyways, she has been staring at me in class all the time and she is really creeping me out. LOL. OK, well...hehe. Um, we had a band competition last Saturday. It was rockin' cool, cat! I had sooo much fun!!! We got 8th place overall, which is really good for this contest. We beat Memorial band. They got 10th place. Go huskies! Whoot whoot! Just kidding--love you guys! Yeah, we also had a game last friday against Tulsa Union and we lost big time, man! 33-0! My poor huskies are 4-1 now! No longer undefeated. I think I am going to cry! Well, anyways, I have to go eat dinner, but I promise I will write more soon! Ti ta toodles!

OMG! I love my life! I love ALMOST everyone in my life. It is just sooo good. No, nothing is wrong with me. I am just weird. Well, this week has been going really good. The only thing wrong with it was the fact that I got a 50% on my math test!! OMG! It dropped my grade like 15 points in that class. I am a little ticked off at myself for that, but hey, it happens. Well, I had a playing test in band today, and during practice today after school, Mr. Fry walked up to me and told me that I did really good on my playing test! OMG, that is such a compliment! Coming from Mr. Fry. Well, this week is THUD week, meaning The Huskies Utterly Dominate. It is like the Pick on Memorial week, cause we have a game with them on Friday (football). Yeah, today was Memorial nerd day and everyone was like totally dressing up in the Memorial colors and looking like nerds. Totally perfect depiction of those Memorial peeps! LOL! Just kidding! You know I love you guys! They are doing the same exact thing over there about us. Tomorrow is Rich Day and everyone is supposed to dress up all formal-like and stuff, cause Memorial calls us the "rich kids". Well, anyway, that is THUD week for ya! Marching Band is going OK. We still don't have all of our drill cause our drill writer doesn't have it all written yet, and there is still the problem that we are missing HALF of our halftime show music! Contest is in like a week, and then OBA, with is a BIG TIME  marching contest, is only 5  weeks away! I am getting kinda nervous about that! LOL! Well, anywayz, we are gonna play the national anthem on Friday for the game and it is sooo pretty. Plus, we get to have all the little 8th graders from all the middle schools come and play with us in the stands during the game! That will be sooo fun! LOL! I remember when they did that last year. I didn't go, though. hehe! G2G!!
